Telephone Problems

Apologies to anyone who was trying to contact school by telephone this afternoon, we have a fault on our telephone line and have had a BT engineer investigating the issue through the afternoon. When you call us at  school you will hear the normal phone dialling tone at your end but the call isn't being connected through to school so our phones aren't ringing.  The problem seems to be with the line outside school on Lovaine Place. The engineer will be returning to work on the line on Monday morning and hopefully everything will be fixed then. You can still try to get us on the usual number but if the phone appears to be ringing with no reply you can either call into school or email us at stcuthberts.primary@northtyneside.gov.uk and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
